Industrial Policy | Effective: February 14, 2026

01. Legal Framework

By engaging in polymer procurement with Shivam Industries (Established 1982), you enter into a binding trade agreement. Under the management of Anil Kumar Dingliwala and Raghav Dingliwala, we ensure that all transactions comply with the registered Partnership laws of India and GST regulations (07AASFS8836L1Z7).

02. Scope of Trade

Shivam Industries serves as a primary Importer and Wholesaler of polymer resins including PP, HDPE, LLDPE, EVA, and PVC. Our trade scope covers bulk supply to 15+ industrial sectors including Automotive, Healthcare, Packaging, and Infrastructure.

All resins supplied are sourced from verified global petrochemical manufacturers. Every batch is provided with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) to ensure grade compliance. Customers must verify grade suitability for their specific manufacturing processes (Injection, Blow, or Film) before bulk dispatch.
Shivam Industries is not liable for manufacturing defects in end-products caused by improper resin processing or additives used by the client. Our liability is restricted to the material specifications as stated at the time of procurement from our Sadar Bazar or Khera Kalan facilities.
Trade payments must be settled as per the proforma invoice terms. Bulk wholesale orders typically follow a structured advance payment model. Credit facilities, where applicable, are subject to background verification and established trade history with our Delhi HQ.
While we target same-day dispatch for ready stock resins, Shivam Industries is not responsible for transit delays caused by regional logistics disruptions, weather, or petrochemical supply-chain force majeure. Delivery is considered complete once the material leaves our verified warehousing zones.
These trade terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising from business transactions with Shivam Industries shall be subject exclusively to the courts of New Delhi, North District.
